Following programme is organized for the accompanying persons
Daily meeting points are at the conference centre between 9:00 – 10:00 and during the coffee breaks.
Daily coffee breaks morning and afternoon included in the accompanying persons programme.
Free ticket to the Helsinki public transport included from Sunday to Friday (30.6-5.7)
Sunday 30th June
Registration desk opens 9:00. Registration to additional trips except Tuesday trip to Mäntsälä.
Evening Reception at the National Museum of Finland (see exhibitions)
Monday 1st July
10:00 Trip to Suomenlinna Sea Fortress (with additional cost of 9 euro per person)
Assembly at the lobby of the Conference Centre 10:00. We will walk to the ferry and take a guided tour in Suomenlinna. This includes a visit to the Ehrensvärd Museum.
Opportunity for lunch during the trip. We will be back at 14:00.
Evening Reception at the town hall.
Tuesday 2nd July
10:00 Trip to Mäntsälä to the Nordenskiöld home Alikartano. See more details. Assembly at the lobby of the Conference Centre. Bus transportation. We will be back at 14:00.
Evening Reception at the National Archives
Wednesday 3rd July
10:00 Helsinki sightseeing by foot & tram. We will visit interesting places in Helsinki including some museums and churches. Detailed plan will be depend on the interest of the participants.
Evening: free night
Thursday 4th July
09:45 Bus trip to Tuusula. We will visit the home of Jean Sibelius (Famous Finnish composer), Ainola and Haloseniemi, a home of a Finnish painter Pekka Halonen. Assembly at the Conference Centre. We will be back at 14:00. Additional fee 25 euro.

Friday 5th July
Evening: Dinner at Suomenlinna. Note registration obligatory through registration form.
