Registration

To register for the Conference and to make an accommodation reservation, please complete the on-line registration form. Please note that registration to the website as a user is not linked to the conference registration. For details of fees etc, go to Practical info.

Kindly first read the instructions and conditions given below.

Please note that each delegate must fill in a separate individual registration form.
You can register only one delegate per form. Accompanying person(s) should be registered with the delegate.

Reservations will be handled on a “first come – first served” basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant. If you have problems with completing the on-line-form, please contact the local ICHC 2013 secretariat at Confedent International Ltd:

Payment options:

You may pay using VISA/EUROCARD/MASTERCARD credit cards. Please note that AMEX, DINERS cards or cheques cannot be accepted. You may also request an invoice to be send.Please note that the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and IF requested, by regular mail.

Please allow some time for the authorization process. A Confirmation Letter will be sent once all payments have been settled.

Kindly notice that all payments  should be made prior to the Conference.

Problems with credit card payment:

There are two known reasons why an error may occur: either your Internet security settings are very strict and don’t allow the payment or your browser does not support Java. If you have a possibility to register using another computer (e.g. home computer) that might help. If a you encounter a problem, please contact directly ichc2013(at)confedent.fi.

Cancellation terms:

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by email or fax. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

  • cancellation received before February 15; full refund of fee deducted with administrative costs of EUR 50 will be made
  • cancellation received before March 15; 50 % refund of fee deducted with administrative coast of EUR 50 will be made
  • cancellation received on or after March 15; No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, 100 % payment to be made if fees not already paid at time of cancellation
  • There will be no refund for no-shows. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.

Insurance and force majeure:

The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference.

Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
The Conference organization does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In that case, The ICHC 2013 Conference Organizing Committee will decide upon refunding of paid conference fees.
